Sales Agent / Senior Property Consultant – Trophy Real Estate LLC

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join Trophy Real Estate, with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and the potential to grow into a Sales Manager position.Dubai Based – Commission Role: If you are eager to be a successful real estate agent and to be a part of a team that fosters learning and creates growth opportunities, then we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales and brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including residential and investment properties.
- Good understanding of the full property buying and selling process, including:
- Property listing and valuation
- Buyer qualification and negotiations - SPA and transaction procedures
- DLD procedures and registration
- NOC procedures
- Mortgage-related processes
- Commission structures and brokerage procedures
- Off-plan and secondary market transactions
- Valid Dubai Broker Card / Broker ID (RERA).* Strong understanding of RERA and DLD regulations and procedures.
- Existing experience dealing with property owners, buyers, investors, developers and other brokers.
- Proven sales track record and ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Own car and valid UAE driving licence are mandatory.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance, proactive attitude and strong client-service orientation.
- Ability to work independently, generate leads and actively develop new business.

Potential for Sales Manager
The ideal candidate should not only be a strong individual sales performer but also demonstrate the potential to develop into a Sales Manager.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and KPIs;
- Ability to support and mentor junior agents;* Strong organisational and communication skills;
- A results-oriented approach;
- Ambition to grow within the company.

Preferred Profile
We would prefer candidates who already have an established network of clients and contacts in the Dubai real estate market and a demonstrated ability to generate business through their own relationships and lead generation.

Priority should be given to experienced agents with a proven sales record, valid Broker ID/RERA registration, own vehicle and strong knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures.
