Job Description
Famous Real Estate Brokerage LLC is hiring motivated Property Consultants for off-plan property sales only. The role involves handling qualified company-provided leads, presenting off-plan projects, and closing sales with developers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified leads provided by the company
Sell off-plan residential and investment projects
Conduct client meetings and project presentations
Build and maintain client and developer relationships
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
Close deals professionally and meet sales targets
Update client and transaction details in CRM
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Requirements
6 Months to 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
RERA certification is an advantage
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
