๐ข Real Estate Business โ Licensed in UAE.
๐ 2 Car Showrooms (Both of listed with Banks)
๐ง Automotive Repair & Service Garage
๐ผ Established Operations & Business Infrastructure
We are now looking for an exceptionally connected, commercially driven and entrepreneurial individual to join us and take responsibility for business growth across the group.
We are NOT looking for someone who simply wants a management title.
We are looking for a person who can create business.
๐ YOUR ROLE
You will have a broad mandate to develop, manage and expand our businesses.
Your responsibilities may include:
๐น Develop and grow our real estate business
๐น Generate property sales, leasing and investment opportunities
๐น Build relationships with property investors, developers and HNW clients
๐น Generate corporate and B2B opportunities
๐น Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks
๐น Bring new clients and business opportunities to our automotive businesses
๐น Develop relationships with companies, fleet owners and corporate clients
๐น Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities
๐น Explore new markets and expansion concepts
๐น Build and manage business-development teams
๐น Improve sales, profitability and operational performance
๐น Develop systems and strategies to scale the businesses
๐น Represent the group with investors, partners and major clients
๐น Take ownership of growth โ from idea to execution
