About the Role
We are looking for a young, dynamic, and passionate female Telecaller to join our team at 3S Real Estate Brokers LLC. This is a target-driven role reporting directly to the CEO, involving management of his existing client base as well as active generation of new clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing listings, scheduling meetings (online and in-person), and driving sales across both secondary and off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities
• Obtain property listings directly from clients
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, both online and in-person
• Work on both secondary market and off-plan property deals
• Manage and nurture the CEO's existing client relationships
• Actively generate and onboard new clients
• Make outbound calls to leads and existing clients to generate interest and follow up on inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, listings, and client interactions in the CRM
• Achieve and consistently work toward monthly sales targets
• Handle client queries professionally and escalate where necessary
• Update client databases with accurate contact and interaction details
Requirements
• Female candidate only, young and dynamic
• Passionate about sales and telecalling with a driven, target-oriented mindset
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience in telecalling, real estate sales, or client relations preferred
• Working knowledge of secondary and off-plan real estate is a strong advantage
• Comfortable using CRM software and basic MS Office tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple meetings and follow-ups
• Confident, persuasive phone manner and a client-first attitude
• Comfortable working under monthly performance targets
Salary & Benefits
• AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month, based on experience
