Job Details
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to work with a real estate company and oversee day-to-day maintenance works across various residential properties.
The role will involve supervising and training technicians, assigning and following up on maintenance jobs and permits, conducting property inspections, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with suppliers/contractors, and ensuring all work is completed properly and on time.
Skills Required:

-Driver's License
-Good knowledge and skills in AC, electrical, plumbing and various general maintenance works arising in properties.
-Ability to Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance requirements
-Coordinate permits, quotations, materials, contractors and suppliers
-Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance
-Check completed work and ensure good quality and timely resolution
-Maintain job records, reports and follow-ups
-Communicate with property managers, landlords and tenants when required
