We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and practical solutions across the organisation. Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager, Project Manager, or Operations Director, the successful candidate will investigate problems, gather requirements, and translate them into recommendations that genuinely improve how the business operates.
The core of the role is requirements gathering and analysis. The Business Analyst engages with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, conducts interviews, workshops, and process reviews to gather detailed requirements, and documents them clearly enough that both business and technical teams can act on them without ambiguity. Requirements are validated with stakeholders before work begins, since a misunderstood requirement discovered late costs far more to fix than one caught early.
