WE ARE HIRING – REAL ESTATE BROKER
Wide Way Real Estate Brokers is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Dubai.
Position: Real Estate Broker
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct client meetings and property viewings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and personal prospecting.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
- Follow up on company-generated and self-generated leads.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, communities, developers, and property prices.
- Handle off-plan and secondary market properties.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Proven experience in property sales and/or leasing.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong sales, networking, and lead-generation abilities.
- Experience in off-plan and secondary market properties is preferred.
- RERA Broker Card or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, professional, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
