ROLE DESCRIPTION:

* Critical - active prospecting over the phone for new clients and qualified leads
* Advise clients on buying, selling and leasing opportunities
* Conduct market research on all new projects
* Manage property listings across Dubai
* Develop and maintain client relationships
* Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings & viewings
* Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions
* Prepare and coordinate transaction documentation
* Provide responsive and professional customer service
* Maintain accurate client and transaction records in the CRM
* Stay updated on real estate regulations and compliance requirements

QUALIFICATION:

* Candidates should possess minimum 12-24 months of Real Estate brokerage expertise in Dubai.
* Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage inquiries, and close deals effectively.
