3 part job description:

1. PR & Communications
To nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.
Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
Coordinate all public relations activities
Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results when needed
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Build relationships with bloggers, influencers and media regularly
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

2. Content Creation
Content Marketers create and share media and publishing content in order to engage new customers.
Be able to create original and engaging content based off of a product or service
Be able to promote content in a natural and organic way
Develop a trusting relationship between brand and customer

I would like her to handle a couple of clients. That would include her helping with their content creation (which she will need to do for PR anyways) and possible Social Media Strategy from time to time…

3. Account Manager
The Account Manager, and wider account management team, is the bridge between the client and the agency. They are responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs and working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency’s advertising output. They are constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.
