Job Title: “ Education and Research Coordinator”
Location: Dubai,UAE Middle East,North Africa and Central Asia Regional Office
Status/Hours: Full-time
Reports to: Director for Middle East office.

Job Responsibilities

• Personal assistant for the MENA region office Director.
• Coordinate educational events and programs such as Symposiums, Workshops and Distant Learning Activities
• Prepare, develop, and implement marketing plans that increase awareness and advance the mission and goals of the organization
• Managing current clients and onboarding new clients
• Speak on behalf of and officially represent the Global Academy for Health Sciences
• Any other function that may be assigned by the General Manager
• Local Travel (10%), Regional/International Travel (5%-10%)


• Required – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy
• Required – Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), Adobe suite (mainly Acrobat, Photoshop)
• Required –One-year experience within a healthcare facility or home care field
• Preferred – Events management experience
• Preferred – HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator experience
• Visionary with advanced relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable analytical, organization, and persuasive writing skills
• Goal oriented and self-starter, takes initiative and accountability for projects
• Ability to work independently, without close supervision, as well as within an international team environment
• Travelling in the region according the work needs
• Ability to set one’s own priorities and work schedule
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks as needed
• Able to write persuasively and concisely at any length
• Ability to be flexible and meet deadlines

Work time: Saturday to Thursday or Monday to Saturday, during weekend summits, from 8am to 5pm.
Salary: according to experience and qualifications. Incentives per project.
