Dream Night Hypermarket is seeking an experienced Head of Global Sourcing to develop new sourcing opportunities across the UAE and international markets.

The successful candidate will lead global supplier development, identify profitable buying opportunities and introduce unique, high-demand products with strong sales potential in the UAE retail market.

Main responsibilities include identifying and developing suppliers in local and international markets, sourcing liquidation, overstock, clearance, surplus and end-of-season merchandise, negotiating prices, payment terms and long-term commercial agreements, evaluating suppliers, leading trial purchases and product testing, analysing landed cost, retail pricing, expected margins and commercial risk, and coordinating with purchasing, logistics, finance, warehouse and retail operations teams.

Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in global sourcing, buying, procurement or international trading. Previous experience in retail, hypermarket, department store, wholesale or trading companies is essential.

The ideal candidate should have a strong international supplier network, excellent negotiation and supplier-development skills, and a solid understanding of retail margins, product demand, landed cost and commercial risk. Fluent written and spoken English is required. Willingness to travel internationally is also required.
