Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day business and administrative support
- Organize, maintain, and manage company documents and records
- Assist with internal coordination and communication between departments
- Follow up on assigned tasks and support daily operational scheduling
- Prepare and manage reports, records, and other administrative documents
- Use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, accurately and efficiently
- Assist with basic data entry, documentation, and business-related tasks
- Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows
- Support the team with other administrative and operational tasks when needed
- Maintain a responsible, reliable, and professional attitude toward work
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Previous experience in administration, business support, e-commerce, or a related field is an advantage
