A company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Accountant & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in UAE.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Good communication and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and prepare financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial documents.
- Assist with VAT-related tasks and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage petty cash and office expenses.
- Support payroll and administrative procedures.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and general office administration.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management.
Location: Baniyas , Dubai, UAE.
