Alba Foods is a growing B2B food distribution company supplying premium food products to the hospitality, food service, and FMCG sectors across the UAE. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience & CRM Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and communications within the CRM system.
• Coordinate delivery updates, order status inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
• Track and coordinate sample requests, feedback, and customer communications.
• Conduct customer satisfaction and retention follow-up activities.
• Support customer onboarding and maintain customer documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure timely resolution of customer matters.
• Generate customer service, CRM, and activity reports for management review.
• Assist in maintaining customer communications through phone, email, WhatsApp, and Odoo.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, CRM Administration, Account Coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional telephone, email, and customer communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using Odoo ERP/CRM is highly preferred. Candidates with strong ERP or CRM experience and the ability to quickly adapt to Odoo are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in food distribution, hospitality supply, FMCG, wholesale trading, or other B2B environments is an advantage.
