This isn't a traditional Paid Media role.

We don't need someone whose focus is simply managing Google Ads or Meta campaigns.

AI is increasingly taking care of campaign execution.

We're looking for someone who can think commercially, challenge convention, identify opportunities and build sustainable, profitable growth across the entire business.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the commercial growth strategy across the business.

You'll lead customer acquisition, marketing performance and commercial growth, ensuring every pound invested delivers long-term profitable revenue.

Working alongside Buying, Ecommerce, Creative and Leadership, you'll help influence decisions that extend far beyond marketing.

This is a role for someone who wants a seat at the table—not someone looking to simply manage advertising platforms.

What You'll Own
Profitable revenue growth—not simply ROAS.
Customer acquisition across all paid channels.
Marketing strategy across existing and emerging platforms.
Budget allocation across products, markets and campaigns.
Growth through data, AI and automation.
Creative testing and optimisation.
First-party data and attribution.
Agency management and technology partners.
Commercial reporting and strategic recommendations.
Identifying new opportunities to scale the business internationally.
