Job Title: Sales Engineer – Fit-Out & Maintenance
Location: UAE
About the Role:
We are seeking an active, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on securing commercial and residential interior fit-out projects and long-term building maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities in the Fit-Out and Building Maintenance sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, interior designers, property managers, and facility owners.
• Prepare accurate cost estimations, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Manage client inquiries from initial contact through negotiation to contract closing.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years in a similar Sales Engineer role handling Fit-Out or Maintenance services.
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written)Arabic preferred. .
• License: Valid Driving License is essential.
• Key Traits: Active, highly energetic personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
