About Cantata
Cantata is an international premium tea and coffee retail brand founded in Moscow, Russia, in 2000.
Today, Cantata operates more than 450 stores worldwide and is represented in Russia, Belgium, France, Latvia, the UAE, Armenia, and Cyprus.
For over 26 years, we have been dedicated to sourcing and supplying premium-quality coffee and tea. We work with our own production facilities and trusted long-term partners in Belgium, China, Russia, and Germany.
As we continue to expand our wholesale business in the UAE, we are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to develop new partnerships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and specialty stores.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers across Dubai and the UAE
- Visit cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and specialty retail stores to present Cantata products
- Build long-term relationships with customers and grow existing accounts
- Conduct product presentations and tastings
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service
Candidate Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred
- Experience in Coffee, Tea, HoReCa or FMCG industries is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Arabic language is a significant advantage
- UAE driving license is required
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients
- Passion for premium products and relationship building
