Technical Fleet Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Monitor the technical condition of the fleet and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
Follow up with workshops and service providers regarding ongoing repairs.
Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical or technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and vehicle downtime.
Coordinate with Operations, CS, and Workshop teams to ensure fleet availability.
Monitor service schedules and ensure timely preventive maintenance.
Prepare reports related to fleet condition and repair status.
Requirements:
Previous experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or workshop coordination.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles, mechanical systems, and repair processes.
Ability to diagnose and identify vehicle issues.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage. Russian is a plus.
UAE driving license .
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
