FIXIT DESIGN CARPETS AND CURTAINS TRADING LLC is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Salesman / Supervisor to lead business development and sales operations for our Carpentry, Custom-Made Furniture, Flooring, Joinery, and Interior Fit-Out Division.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating sales, managing client relationships, supervising sales activities, and securing residential and commercial projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into profitable projects.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project consultations.
Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and project presentations.
Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build strong relationships with property owners, consultants, contractors, developers, and facility management companies.
Coordinate closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and management reports.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Furniture, Carpentry, Joinery, Flooring, or Interior Fit-Out Sales.
Strong network within the UAE construction and interior industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
