Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 (Based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement, supplier coordination, and inventory management. Experience in the jewellery industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
1. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
2. Prepare and process purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, and payments.
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
4. Compare supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective purchasing options.
5. Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
6. Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts departments regarding deliveries and invoices.
7. Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budgets.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
Experience in the jewellery industry is a strong advantage.
Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
