Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager (PM) to lead and manage the delivery of product and AI development initiatives. This role involves overseeing cross-functional internal development teams, managing timelines and deliverables, and serving as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology project management, agile delivery, and client communication, preferably in product-based or SaaS environments.
This is a contract-based position with the possibility of extension based on business requirements and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Own and drive end-to-end project management for internal product development and AI-related initiatives.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with product and technical teams.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, sprint boards, and progress trackers.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and work with teams to resolve them.
2. Team & Resource Coordination
Coordinate efforts across development (frontend, backend, AI), QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
Ensure timely and quality delivery across iterative sprints and milestones.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews.
3. Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the single point of contact for external customer interactions.
Provide project status updates, demos, and progress reports to customers and internal leadership.
Gather feedback, translate customer requirements into actionable tasks, and manage change requests.
4. Reporting & Communication
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, burn-down charts, and milestone summaries.
Maintain clear documentation including meeting notes, action items, and risk logs.
Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of project management experience in technology-driven or product/SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile, and scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent skills in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
Strong communication and client-facing skills; experience in customer coordination and reporting.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business outcomes.
Familiarity with AI/ML projects, microservices, or enterprise web platforms is a plus.
Certified in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Management.
Exposure to LLM, AI, or NLP-based project delivery.
Experience managing projects in real estate, enterprise systems, or workflow automation domains.
