We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our Building Maintenance Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance department, managing technical teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and proven experience managing maintenance operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Lead and supervise AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Handyman teams.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor technician schedules, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure timely response to customer requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain high quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports and support quotation preparation when required.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE safety regulations.
• Improve operational efficiency and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams and daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and MEP maintenance.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
