The Role
This is a fast-paced, multitasking position requiring sharp attention to detail. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our Dubai hub while acting as a reliable support system for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Admin Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain a premium environment, and handle core administrative workflows.
PA Support: Manage executive schedules, coordinate international travel logistics, prepare documentation and all necessary coordinations.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for global clients and partners.
What We Are Looking For:
Language Proficiency: Flawless, professional English (written and spoken) is essential for dealing with international stakeholders.
Tech Savvy: Deeply comfortable with modern digital tools, productivity software, and cloud systems to optimize office efficiency and workflows.
Experience: Proven track record in office management, PA, or administration roles, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
