Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to manage day-to-day administrative tasks along with basic accounting functions to support smooth office operations.

Handle office administration, filing, documentation, and record keeping
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Maintain employee records and support HR-related documentation
Ensure smooth daily office operations
Accounting Duties:
Maintain accounts, invoices, receipts, and payment records
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and expense tracking
Handle petty cash and bank reconciliation
Assist in monthly and yearly financial reports
Coordinate with auditors and management when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration and basic accounting
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
