We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities
• Manage phone calls, emails, and internal communication
• Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and office documents
• Coordinate with different departments and support team activities
• Monitor office supplies and handle procurement
• Assist with basic HR tasks such as attendance and onboarding support
• Ensure a professional and organized office environment
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in UAE office environment is an advantage
