We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin / Shipping Coordinator Assistant to support daily administrative operations and assist in coordinating shipping and logistics activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
Provide general administrative support to the team
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities
Shipping & Logistics Support:
Assist in coordinating shipments (import/export)
Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.)
Communicate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and clients
Track shipments and provide status updates
Ensure compliance with customs and documentation requirements
