Job Title: Chief of Staff
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to support the Reporting Manager in driving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination across the organization. This role will be responsible for tracking team activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely completion of tasks, documentation, and key deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic liaison between the Reporting Manager and the operations team
• Track, monitor, and ensure execution of tasks assigned to team members across the operations department
• Coordinate with team members to ensure all assigned work, documentation, and approvals are completed within deadlines
• Maintain and monitor KPI performance metrics and provide regular updates to management
• Ensure structured workflow management, proper task allocation, and accountability across the team
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks and documentation to ensure timely closure
• Support in managing and guiding staff to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards for performance and task monitoring
• Identify operational gaps, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or similar roles
• Strong expertise in task tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
