I'm a busy entrepreneur so your job is to make my time in Dubai run smoothly so I never have to think about the small stuff. You'll book, buy, call, remind and organise, and you'll spot what needs doing before I ask.

Speed matters more than anything. Quick replies and quick action are the core of this role, not a bonus.

What you'll do:
• Book appointments: restaurants, salons, gyms, doctors, drivers and anything else I need, confirmed and added to my calendar.
• Organise staff and services: find, compare and arrange local providers such as cleaning, laundry, repairs and deliveries.
• Buy things: order or pick up what I need, from groceries to one-off purchases.
• Keep me on track: remind me of appointments, deadlines and anything I've asked you to chase.
• Pack my bag: prepare what I need for trips, events and the day ahead.
• Make calls: handle phone calls and follow-ups on my behalf.
• General life admin: sort out whatever comes up so everything gets done smoothly.
• Stay one step ahead: anticipate what I'll need and suggest or arrange it before I have to ask.

Who you are
• Fast communicator: you reply within minutes and keep me updated without being chased.
• Fast at getting things done: you act on a request straight away and close it out.
• Proactive: you look for ways to make my day easier and act on them.
• Naturally organised: you track details, dates and tasks without anything slipping.
• Resourceful: if the first option doesn't work, you find another.
• Positive and bubbly personality.

Nice to have: good knowledge of Dubai and its services, your own transport, and experience as a PA or concierge.

Hours and availability
This is a full-time, on-call role. I need to be able to reach you easily and get fast replies between 8am and 8pm Dubai time.

You won't be working the whole time. Some days will be busy and others quiet, but during those hours you should be ready to respond and act quickly.
