A reputable organization in the aviation sector is seeking motivated and customer-oriented candidates for Ground Staff positions in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures.
Provide customer service and respond to passenger inquiries.
Support baggage handling and ground operations as required.
Verify travel documents and assist with boarding gate activities.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth passenger services.
Follow company procedures and aviation safety guidelines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Professional attitude and ability to work in a team.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is an advantage.
Freshers with suitable communication skills may also apply.
