Job Details
Actively approach potential customers and promote kids' rides.
Explain ride prices, packages, and duration to parents.
Encourage customers to purchase rides and maximize daily sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
2. Kids' Ride Operations & Safety
Assist children in getting on and off the electric bikes.
Guide children and explain basic riding instructions.
Closely supervise children during rides to ensure their safety.
Operate ride remote controls and follow all safety procedures.
Ensure rides are suitable for each child's age and abilities.
3. Customer Service
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Communicate effectively with parents and children.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely.
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
4. Equipment & Daily Operations
Check bikes, batteries, and remote controls before operation.
Ensure bikes are properly charged, clean, and ready for use.
Report any technical issues or equipment damage immediately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized riding area.
5. Payment Handling & Reporting
Collect customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
Maintain accountability for cash collections and transactions.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or entertainment is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate in English.
Friendly, energetic, confident, and comfortable working with children.
Strong selling and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
