Job Description:
• Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from project initiation through completion and handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and coordinate architectural, MEP, joinery, civil, and other relevant drawings to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, procurement plans, and manpower requirements.
• Supervise site activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, material procurement, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Manage variations, RFIs, material approvals, shop drawings, inspections, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate material selection, procurement, delivery, and installation to prevent delays.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, project updates, and documentation for management and clients.
• Coordinate snagging, testing, commissioning, rectification, and final project handover.
• Ensure all project documentation, as-built drawings, warranties, O&M manuals, and handover documents are completed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
