Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and passionate Florist to join our team in the UAE.

This position is strictly for candidates who can join immediately.

The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for design, color harmony, and a strong understanding of floral care. You will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for daily retail orders, custom client requests, and special events while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creation:
Craft modern bouquets, high-quality luxury flower arrangements, and custom designs for various occasions (birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, corporate events).

Floral Care & Maintenance:
Unpack shipments, trim stems, condition flowers, and manage water solutions properly to maximise flower lifespan.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, track flower expiration, and maintain a clean, organised work area.

Customer Service:
Assist walk-in, phone, and online clients by recommending flower pairings, giving care tips, and providing precise pricing quotes.

Packaging & Quality Control:
Securely wrap and package completed orders to ensure safe transit and delivery.

Requirements & PreferencesNotice Period:
Strictly immediate joiners only (candidates currently on a cancelled visa, visit visa, or with no notice period).

Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of professional floristry experience (UAE experience is highly preferred).

Skills:
Strong knowledge of fresh flower varieties, advanced design techniques, and handling floristry tools.

Nationality Focus:
Applications from Filipino, Nepalese, and Sri Lankan nationals are highly preferred for this vacancy.

Language:
