A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests, support diagnostic procedures, and ensure accurate and timely results in a professional medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, label, and prepare samples for testing (blood, urine, and other specimens)
Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in specialized diagnostic procedures
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
Record and analyze test results accurately and report findings to medical staff
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of samples and chemicals
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
Follow safety protocols, infection control, and quality standards
Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and request replenishment when needed
Assist in maintaining laboratory records and documentation
Support senior lab staff and pathologists when required
