We are looking for a Filipino female Nursing Supervisor for one of our subsidiaries which provides Home Nursing Services.
The ideal candidate will be well experienced in UAE, holding relevant attested degree and DHA license, must be presentable, confident and have strong communication skills.
Key Roles of this Position will include:
- Supervise and coordinate the nurses
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards
- Monitor staffing schedules, shift assignments, and attendance
- Handle emergencies
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records and nursing reports
- Coordinate with doctors and the Management
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment used by nursing teams
