Currently we have the highest employment rate since 1969

Are you excited to move to America? This is your chance!

Nurses are in HIGH demand!
Did you know the demand for nurses has nearly doubled in the past year? Your skills are in high demand! What are you waiting for? Get started on your career adventure.

Nurses in the USA enjoy a high degree of responsibility and are protected at work from mistreatment from co-workers, doctors, and patients. In short, they are given the respect they deserve. Further, they are given a fair caseload of patients and are paid a higher wage if they work extra hours. If this sounds like the type of nursing environment that suits you then America awaits.

Coincidentally, there’s a major nursing shortage in the United States and hospitals across America are turning to alternative staffing methods to fill the void, which includes sourcing nursing talent from abroad.

Over 850,000 replacement nurses alone will be needed in the next 5 years to keep up with the growing patient population according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Plus nearly two-thirds of registered nurses over age 54 are now considering retirement, according to survey results released by our Research & Analysis Division and its Center for the Advancement of Healthcare Professionals. US Nurses shortage is growing now..

The shortage is expected for the following reasons:

1. More than one third of RNs in the United States are over the age of 50 and will begin retiring or working less hours in the coming years.
2. As these RNs retire, there are not enough new RNs to fill the open positions.
3. The cost of training new RNs is going up. Many RNs graduate with over $70,000 of debt, which has dissuaded some students from pursuing a career as an RN. This has also led some US lawmakers to consider government grants for nursing students.
4. By 2025 nearly 70 million Americans will be over the age of 65 and many will have chronic illnesses which will likely create more demand for RNs in the United States.
5. Many more Americans have access to healthcare under the Affordable Care Act; this too will cause more demand for medical treatment and the need for RNs.

The US Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics projects employment of RNs will grow 16% from 2018 to 2028, much faster than the average for other occupations. Job opportunities for RNs are expected to be good.

Under new legislation recently introduced in US Senate, aliens being in STEM visa professions will be allowed to get US citizenship after five years of work and stay on green card status in USA. The US STEM professions include SCIENCE, ENGINEERING, TECHNOLOGY, MATH & now some professions from healthcare industry including Nurses, Pharmacists, PTs/OTs, Medical Technologists have also been added in this visa classification recently.

Only two occupations are on Schedule A – Registered Nursing and Physical Therapy.

Because Registered Nurses have been designated by the U.S. Department of Labor as a ‘Schedule A occupation’, they are exempt from the labor certification process (“PERM”) required for most employment based immigrant visas. Therefore, the green card process for a Registered Nurse will be either the Schedule A I-140 Petition (Consular Processing) if they are outside of the United States or the Schedule A I-140 Petition (Adjustment of Status) if they are already physically present in the United States.

Schedule A which allows the DOL to put occupations deemed to be facing a national labor shortage on a list that allows employers to skip the recruiting process in PERM labor certification cases. For nearly 30 years, nurses and physical therapists have been listed, but no other occupations.

If you have passed your CGFNS and/or NCLEX, IELTS, or have ability to pass US RN license exams, and you want to relocate to USA in a shortest period of time, just submit your CV & scanned copies of your credentials with recent photo by email or fax.

Suitably qualified Nurses, Physical/Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Family Physicians/General Practitioners, Medical Technologists & other healthcare professionals may submit their applications with complete CV & scanned copies of credentials & recent photo by e-mail attachments or Fax in USA for immediate consideration:

We are currently working with over 1,000 Hospitals & healthcare facilities including country’s best renowned Hospitals and institutions that range from major hospitals to long-term care facilities, skilled nursing homes, medical groups and clinics, physician offices, pharmaceutical companies, medical colleges & universities, insurance companies across United States, assisting them in recruiting and placing employees for both temporary working visas and green cards. During the past 40 years, we have assisted many thousands of individuals in obtaining green cards through employment.

US immigration law allows 140,000 persons annually to obtain green cards through employment. This number includes both the principal worker and immediate family members (spouse and unmarried children). Persons born in a particular country cannot use more than 7% of the quota in each of the 5 employment-based (EB) categories. This has led to long backlogs in the EB categories for persons born in India, mainland China and the Philippines.

In general, before an EB-2 or EB-3 preference petition on behalf of a prospective immigrant can be submitted to the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), an employer must obtain the approval of a PERM application issued by the US Department of Labor. This represents a determination that no minimally-qualified US workers are ready, willing and able to fill the job, and that the employment of an immigrant will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of US workers.

We are an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants are considered for employment regardless of age, race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, marital status or any other factor prohibited by law.
