Qualifications
• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio.
• Knowledge of social media content trends and digital marketing.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality photo and video work is required.
Skills
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
• Produce cinematic property tours, reels, and promotional videos.
• Edit photos and videos with color correction, sound enhancement, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and company websites.
• Operate cameras, drones (if licensed), gimbals, and other filming equipment.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails, banners, and marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film, Photography, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (or more, depending on the role).
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
• Photograph and film property listings.
• Edit and deliver marketing-ready photos and videos.
• Create social media content and campaigns.
• Assist in branding and promotional activities.
• Maintain an organized library of digital assets.
• Stay updated with the latest content creation and social media trends.
• Coordinate with agents to schedule property shoots and ensure timely delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Drone operation skills (with a valid UAE drone permit/license, if applicable).
• Basic graphic design and animation skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics.
