Property Shooting: Plan, set up, and shoot high-definition video walkthroughs, exterior drone footage, and interior lifestyle video content for residential and commercial listings.
Social Media Content: Produce dynamic vertical video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) highlighting properties, agent introductions, and Dubai market updates.
Post-Production: Edit RAW footage, perform color grading, sound design, track integration, and motion graphics (captions, callouts, logo animations) within quick turnaround times.
Drone Operation: Capture aerial footage of developments, surrounding communities, and high-rise viewings in compliance with UAE civil aviation regulations.
Equipment Care: Maintain and manage all audio-visual gear, including cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, wireless microphones, and drones.
Collaboration: Partner with marketing managers and real estate agents to structure creative shoot concepts, storyboard ideas, and adhere to brand guidelines.
