Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator with strong videography and photography expertise. This role is responsible for producing, editing, and publishing engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on organic growth and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced with camera equipment, and capable of independently creating high-quality, UGC-style content that reflects the brand’s personality and services.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content
• Create engaging content for:
• TikTok
• Instagram (Reels, Posts, Stories)
• YouTube (long-form videos, Shorts, clips)
• Capture:
• Office culture and day-to-day moments
• Staff features and team highlights
• Service-based videos showcasing care offerings
• Product and promotional content
• Produce UGC-style, relatable, and trend-driven content
• Edit videos into multiple formats (long-form, short-form, clips)
• Manage content uploads and optimization for each platform
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt content accordingly
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and campaigns

Requirements
• Proven experience in videography and photography
• Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver content independently
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
• Confident using professional camera equipment
• Must own personal equipment (camera, lenses, basic gear)
• Additional equipment can be provided if required
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to produce content consistently and meet deadlines
