Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive
We are looking for an experienced, creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to take full responsibility for our digital marketing, online presence, customer engagement and e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Content Creation: Plan and create professional posts, reels, stories, product videos, promotional content and campaign materials.
* Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business and other relevant platforms with consistent daily activity.
* Website Management: Regularly update website content, products, prices, banners, collections and promotions.
* Shopify Management: Handle product uploads, collections, descriptions, inventory updates, online enquiries, orders and overall Shopify store management.
* Digital Advertising: Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, remarketing and lead-generation campaigns.
* SEO & Website Growth: Improve Google visibility, organic traffic, product discovery and website performance.
* Customer Enquiry & Follow-up: Professionally handle and follow up enquiries received through WhatsApp, website, social media and other digital channels.
* Old Customer Management: Maintain and regularly update the complete existing/old customer database and ensure systematic follow-up for repeat business.
* Customer Retention: Reconnect with inactive customers, introduce new collections and promotions, and generate repeat sales and referrals.
* Monthly Customer Report: Prepare a detailed monthly report covering old customers contacted, pending follow-ups, new customers, repeat customers, enquiries, showroom visits, conversions, reactivated customers and sales generated through follow-ups.
* Lead Management: Maintain a proper lead database, track every enquiry and ensure no potential customer is missed.
* Marketing Planning: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing plans based on business targets.
* Market & Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyse UAE jewellery market trends, competitors, customer behaviour, campaigns and digital opportunities.
* Performance Analysis: Track reach, engagement, leads, website traffic, conversion rate, advertising spend, ROAS and sales performance.
* Campaign Management: Plan campaigns for new collections, festivals, special occasions, promotions and company events.
* Photo & Video Coordination: Coordinate product photography, videography, model shoots, influencers and collaborations when required.
* WhatsApp & Email Marketing: Create targeted campaigns for existing customers, new leads and different customer segments.
* Google Business Management: Keep company information, photos, products, updates and customer reviews professionally managed.
* Brand Development: Continuously introduce new ideas to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, showroom traffic and online sales.

Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media and E-Commerce.

* Strong knowledge of lead generation, customer follow-up and conversion.
* Ability to analyse marketing performance and make improvements based on data.
* Jewellery, luxury retail or UAE market experience is highly preferred.
* Good communication, organization and customer-handling skills.
