Job Summary
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company's online sales across its website and third-party marketplaces. The role includes product listing management, order processing, inventory coordination, promotional campaigns, customer support, and performance analysis to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
• Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms.
• Upload and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor website performance and report any technical issues.
Marketplace Management
• Manage products across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and other regional platforms.
• Coordinate new product launches on all online channels.
• Monitor marketplace performance, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
Order Management
• Process daily online orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor order cancellations and returns.
Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate online inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to avoid stock shortages.
• Update stock availability across all platforms.
Digital Sales & Promotions
• Create and manage promotional campaigns.
• Update banners, offers, discount codes, and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness.
Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, marketplaces, and social media.
• Handle complaints professionally.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior.
Product Content Management
• Coordinate with the design team for product images and promotional materials.
• Write attractive product descriptions.
• Optimize listings using SEO keywords.
Pricing & Competitor Analysis
• Monitor competitor pricing.
• Recommend pricing strategies.
• Ensure pricing consistency across all channels.
Compliance
• Ensure all online listings comply with company policies and marketplace requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management.
• Experience in the perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry is preferred.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon, Shopify, or similar systems.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
