Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and promote real estate properties across online platforms. The candidate should have experience in social media marketing, property listing promotions, paid advertising, and content creation within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for property sales and leasing
Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Manage property advertisements on real estate portals and company website
Run and optimize paid campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads
Generate quality leads through online marketing strategies
Coordinate with sales agents, photographers, and designers for marketing materials
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Handle SEO and website updates to improve online visibility
Create email marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Stay updated with real estate market trends and digital marketing innovations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and CRM tools
Familiarity with UAE real estate portals is an advantage
Excellent communication and content creation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Skills:
Photography and video editing knowledge
Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
Lead generation and campaign optimization experience
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
