Job Summary
We are a medical event company and are looking to hire a Digital Marketing AI Specialist who develops, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns while leveraging AI technologies to enhance customer engagement, automate workflows, generate insights, and improve campaign performance. This role combines digital marketing expertise with AI-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Use AI tools to create content, generate marketing assets, and personalize customer experiences.
• Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Implement marketing automation workflows and AI-powered chatbots.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI technologies.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications
