We’re looking for an experienced Digital & Social Media Specialist with 5+ years of proven, demonstrable experience to join our team in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

We’re a growing fitness brand building a small, ambitious team with one clear goal: build a powerful online presence and become a leading name in our category in Dubai.

YOUR ROLE

• Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & other digital channels

• Develop and manage our online presence and brand identity

• Capture and edit on-site content — sessions, member results, class energy

• Publish and schedule content consistently

• Optimize social media profiles and content

• Monitor trends, competitors and audience behaviour

• Increase reach, engagement, followers and sign-ups

• Manage our social media community and interactions (DMs, comments, enquiries)

• Analyze performance and improve results

• Stay up to date with new platforms, trends, algorithms and digital opportunities

⚠️ EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

Minimum 5 years of proven, professional experience is REQUIRED.

We are NOT looking for a beginner or someone who has only completed courses.

You must be able to demonstrate:

• Previous professional experience
• Successful social media accounts/projects
• Strong portfolio
• Proven audience growth
• Examples of high-performing / viral content
• Knowledge of current social media algorithms and trends
• Bonus: fitness or sports content experience
