METANA is a premium UAE brand selling high-quality, fully tested used iPhones through our own online store. We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who lives in the numbers and can turn ad spend into profitable sales.
This is a performance role, not a posting role. You'll own our paid advertising end to end — building, running, and optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google with one clear goal: acquire customers at a cost that makes us money.
What you'll do:
Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads
Set up and maintain conversion tracking — Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, purchase events
Run retargeting and build audiences (website visitors, abandoned carts, past buyers)
Own and report the numbers weekly: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, contribution per order
Work with our content partner to brief and request the creative that actually converts
Improve product-page and landing-page conversion alongside our web team
You're right for this if you:
Have proven, hands-on experience managing paid ad budgets toward a cost-per-sale or ROAS target
Can set up pixels and tracking without supervision
Think in unit economics — you know a sale that costs more than its margin is a loss
Can diagnose whether weak results are a creative problem or a targeting problem
Are comfortable being measured on one number: cost per sale
Nice to have: e-commerce or electronics experience, UAE/GCC market knowledge, Arabic + English.
The role starts with a paid trial period tied to a clear performance target. Strong performers move to full-time with visa and insurance.
