We are building a fast-growing, premium supplement brand and are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our daily operations.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with a founder and be part of an exciting e-commerce business in the health & wellness space.
Your Tasks:
• Managing and supporting social media activities (Instagram, etc.)
• Reaching out to influencers and building partnerships
• Handling communication via email, WhatsApp, and DMs
• Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks
• Supporting e-commerce operations (Amazon / Shopify is a plus)
What we are looking for:
• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Fast response time and high reliability
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in social media, marketing, and business
• Experience with influencer outreach or e-commerce is a big plus

• Part-time (2–4 hours per day)
