Specialist Logistics is looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Manager to take ownership of our social media, digital marketing and content production.

This is not simply a social media scheduling role.
We’re looking for someone who can spot a great content opportunity, develop the idea, pick up the camera, capture the footage, conduct interviews, edit the content and publish it.

Working across our busy Dubai office and warehouse operations, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to create engaging content around freight movements, specialist cargo, warehouse operations, vehicles, customer projects, events and the people behind our business.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook channels
* Plan, create, schedule and publish regular content
* Produce Reels, short-form videos, interviews and project features
* Film and photograph warehouse operations, shipments, vehicles, staff and events
* Conduct interviews with staff, management and customers where appropriate
* Edit videos and photography, including captions, music, branding, transitions and graphics
* Manage content from concept through filming, editing and publication
* Monitor engagement, messages and enquiries and identify potential sales leads
* Work with management and sales to promote key services and projects
* Track reach, engagement, website traffic and lead generation
* Support paid digital and social media campaigns where required
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, videography or content creation
* Strong experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
* Confident creating Reels and short-form video content
* Comfortable using cameras, smartphones, microphones and lighting equipment
* Strong video editing and photography skills
* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva or similar tools
* Strong written communication and attention to detail
* Creative, proactive and commercially minded
* Comfortable working between an office and active warehouse environment
* Able to provide a portfolio of content personally created
Experience within logistics, freight, automotive, e-commerce or another fast-moving B2B environment would be an advantage.

If something interesting is happening in the warehouse, a specialist shipment is being prepared or a major project is underway, we want someone who sees the opportunity, grabs the camera and creates the content.

You’ll have the freedom to develop ideas and help shape the Specialist Logistics brand, with a clear focus on turning engaging content into greater visibility and genuine commercial opportunities.
