We are looking for graphic designer for our franchise restaurant/bar who will handle all the art work and social medias. The LSM Team Member is responsible for effectively creating and managing LSM Planand executing restaurants regional marketing plan and strategiesto increase brand awareness and loyalty to. LSM should come up localized ideaswith the support of the Marketing Director to bring to life.This individual will work closely with Store Management front of house employees,as a key contact for the store to help build local connections in-store/ out-storethrough marketing programs and community building activitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for execution and tracking of a variety of Local Store Marketinginitiatives• Strong communicator with Management and staff about current LSM instore promotional events.• Able to assist with all types of inside and outside events. For example: Tasteevents, Eating contest events, sporting events or full service caterings.• Attend meetings with Management to review status of LSM efforts planfuture LSM activities.• Serves as a consumer expert and brand evangelist for franchisees inlocal market.• Manages brand asset touch points across all mediums including printing ofmenus, promotional materials, digital, etc.• Works with Marketing Director to have a clear understanding of the marketing planto insure proper execution of that plan in the local market.• Prepares design briefs for any upcoming local marketing campaigns and submitsthem to the marketing director for approval once all working parts are complete.• Executes marketing ideas and media plan (online advertisement) based onthe approved annual marketing plan within budget guidelines anddocuments results based on key metrics to ensure proper successmeasurement for any marketing initiative.• Always thinking of new ideas aligned with the brand and business goals to drawtraffic to the restaurant and presents to Marketing Director for development.• Handles all complaints submitted via social networks, telephone calls, commentcards, and online survey’s feedback to turn negative brand sentiment into apositive one.• Makes Weekly visits to ensure all pieces of promotional materials are in place atleast 30 days before launch. Printable items for any promotional event need to bein store for staff training 15 days before the launch of the event.• Handles CRM (Customer relationship management) system, and ensures it’sbeing addressed on a daily basis by managing and analyzing customerinteractions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal ofimproving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retentionand driving more sales.
