Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations, inventory management, and daily dispatch activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth loading and unloading operations, and preparing daily deliveries on time while leading the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence. These responsibilities align with common Warehouse Supervisor roles in the UAE logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for all warehouse inventory and stock management.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
Perform regular stock counts and investigate any inventory discrepancies.
Supervise the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of all goods.
Plan and coordinate all loading and unloading activities, ensuring manpower and equipment are available.
Prepare all daily delivery orders and ensure products are picked, packed, and ready for collection on schedule.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are accurately documented.
Organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency and proper stock rotation.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to management.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Coordinate with the Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Installation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain proper documentation for deliveries, stock transfers, and inventory transactions.
Ensure company assets and inventory are protected against damage or loss.
Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems.
Presentable with good communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
Physically fit and capable of supervising loading and unloading operations.
Good command of English;
