We are seeking physically fit and dependable Loaders / Helpers to support the safe movement of goods between the warehouse, vehicles, and delivery points. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor or the assigned driver, the successful candidate will handle loading, unloading, and general material handling duties, ensuring that goods arrive in the same condition they left in.
The core of the role is loading and unloading. The Loader unloads incoming shipments from trucks and containers, moves goods to the designated receiving or storage area, and loads outgoing consignments onto vehicles in the sequence directed. Items are stacked and secured with proper weight distribution so that nothing shifts, falls, or is crushed in transit. Straps, ropes, blankets, and dunnage are applied where required, and the Loader confirms the load is stable before the vehicle departs.
