## Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Joinery Manager to oversee and manage all joinery operations. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in production planning, workshop management, quality control, and team leadership. This role ensures that all joinery works (woodwork, furniture, fit-outs, cabinetry, etc.) are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise daily operations of the joinery workshop.
* Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet project deadlines.
* Coordinate with design, project management, and site teams for smooth workflow.
* Ensure all joinery work meets design specifications and quality standards.
* Oversee procurement of materials and maintain inventory levels.
* Monitor machinery and equipment maintenance for optimal performance.
* Implement health & safety standards within the workshop.
* Lead, train, and evaluate joinery staff, carpenters, and supervisors.
* Control costs, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
* Handle client requirements and resolve any technical or production issues.

## Requirements:

* Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience as a Joinery Manager.
* Strong knowledge of woodworking, joinery techniques, and materials.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
* Extensive experience in factory/workshop operations and project execution.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.

## Qualifications:

* Diploma or Degree in Wood Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
